Лазань Melograno® с овощами, бешамель и песто

  • 560 grams of farfalle Barilla
  • 100 g of pumpkin
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Fry the garlic until golden, add oregano.
  2. Add the pumpkin, cut into slices, and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add the zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Boil the farfalle in a large amount of salted water 10 minutes to the aldente state. Drain the water, leaving 1 cup.
  6. Add water to the pan with vegetables and bring to a boil.
  7. Transfer the pasta into a frying pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
